  • 3-4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 1-2 small clove garlic ,minced

  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (dipping sauce)
  • Celery Sticks
receipe

Directions:

Place 1 cup of H24 sauce of choice, butter, minced garlic and salt in a large ziplock plastic bag and shake well to combine all ingredients. Pour ¼ of mix in a separate small bag or small bowl with cover and set aside in refrigerator. Add the wings and seal the bag, making sure there is no access air. Keep turning the bag to coat the wings evenly. Let marinate in the refrigerator, turning occasionally, for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Heat an outdoor grill to medium high (about 375°F to 425°F). When the grill is ready, use tongs to rub the grate with several layers of paper towels dipped in olive oil. Remove the wings from the marinade, make sure excess drips off and discard the marinade. Place the wings on the grate in a single layer so they’re not touching or cook in batches so that they do not touch one another. Cover the grill and cook, flipping the wings occasionally (every 5-7 minutes) with tongs, until they’re no longer pink at the bone and the skin is slightly charred in spots, about 21-28 minutes.

When the wings are almost ready, take remaining ¼ cup of sauce out of refrigerator and let become room temperature. When sauce is at room temperature place in a larger bowl. Add the cooked wings to the bowl and toss to coat. Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks.
